Celebrate the essence of womyn on Fresh Air Community Radio, as KFAI presents the 15th annual celebration of International Womyn’s Day. Listen to KFAI 90.3 FM Minneapolis/106.7 FM St. Paul on Monday, March 8th for programming dedicated to the soul and spirit of womyn. For 24 hours, hear only womyn’s voices on the air, as womyn from the community join with KFAI volunteers to present a variety of programs designed to inspire womyn and educate everyone about womyn’s issues. The celebration will cover a wide range of programs, from artist interviews and live DJ dance music to public affairs shows addressing spiritual and physical wellness. Beginning at 6:00 a.m. on March 8th and continuing until 6:00 a.m. the following day, listeners will be able to connect with their inner goddess, gain perspective on current social issues, and hear womyn’s music from around the world.
